情動地勢から読む

広島第二県女二年西組、原爆で死んだ級友たち」

When you imagine  what  hibakusha  experienced, facing unimaginable explosion & being survived after as a human being, you understand they were inevitably with max emotion & significantly experienced what Jung said "synchronicity" occurred everywhere in a very limited area with huge energy & emotions. In  addition to that, you might  notice human's emotional flows are parallel to energy flow of  underground magma of our planet. 

関千恵子著:筆者自身は前日、マスカットを食べ、体調を崩して建物疎開作業を休み、被ばくをまぬがれる。前日に体調不良などで被ばくを免れ、被爆死した友人たちのあてを探し回る人たちDNAsは、その文章が非常にうまいことに驚かされる。

歴史上、人間は「武器に対しては武器で守る」という思考を繰り返してきた。

Throughout his-stories, the humankind kept to consider "Ways to protect selves from weapons are Using weapons." 

けれども「核兵器」に対して「核兵器」で人類を守ることはもはや不可能である

However, in the case of nuclear weapons, such scenario can not be applied.

ではそれでは「(さもなくば核を使うぞ)という心理戦・威嚇戦、抑止力deterence」は使用できるのかeffective?

10秒で数十万人口の都市を破壊する兵器」に対しては、今度は逆に、そこで起こった人間模様をつぶさに読んでいくことである。「瞬間破壊」という兵器に対抗し、人間を守っているのは「兵器」ではなく「(瞬間及び長期)情動」である。その基本は「他人をおもいやる気持ち、慈悲、共感、モラル」であることに、「ものがたり」をひとつ・ひとつあたっていけば、だんだんと理解できてくるだろう。

When you consider the weapons that destroy the city "with one button in one moment", on the contrary, you should take time & check out what really happened under the huge explosion. Certainly there were survived people, Why were they survived? You may find out there were deep emotional reasons beyond the time( not only one moment but also long time). To prevent the nuclear wars, to check out their true stories with deep emotion one by one is very important like Ms.Alexievichアレクシェービッチ says. Love, compassions & moral lights are not clearly seen, however persons who survived and to tell stories what happened, have enough such of lights. And those lights are as same as every mothers love, and only way to prevent further wars including Nuclear Wars.

被爆地:宇品Usina

(前日に食べたマスカットで下痢をし休んでいた being absent from work due to bad body condition

ピカーっと青白い閃光が光った。はっと床の上に起き上がったところへ、轟音が響いた。

Saw a flash of light, woke up, and heard a huge sound.

天井板の一枚と、欄干がはずれ、私の頭上めがけて落ちてきた光景が、今でもまぶたに焼き付いている。次の瞬間、私は走り出していた。

Never forget the scene of the crushed ceilings falling down against me. Next moment, unconsciously I was running away.

気づくと、廊下のすみで台所から飛び出してきた母としっかり抱き合っていた。

I found out myself hugging tightly with my mother in the corner of the kitchen.

足元はうず高いガラスの破片、土砂の山々、すぐに歩くこともできないほどだった。幸いなことに、私も、母も、祖母も、かすり傷ひとつなかった。

Near my feet, there were mountain of crushed glasses and sands, so I couldn't move.

Fortunately my ground mother, my mother, and I had no injuries.

父がひざから血を出していた。

My father was bleeding on his knee due to a piece of glass stuck into there.

ゲートルの上にガラス片が当たったのだ。

Even he was wearing the gaiters...

裸同然の私が無傷で、一番重装備の父だけがけがをしたのは、皮肉なことだった。

We, almost with no protect, had no injury, but our father, well armed, was injured.. it was really ironic... 


坂本節子(Setsuko Sakamoto)

被爆地:雑小場町(級友たちと一緒に建物疎開中)

壊滅的に破壊されている爆心地付近なのに、軽いやけどのみの負傷。

The place where Setsuko with her friend Machiko, was very close to h.c. where almost nobody have been survived, however Setsuko was survived….

Only just got slight burnt, ….

人の流れに交じって右往左往するうちに、ふと、皆と反対方向に逃げる気になった。

While wondering with huge crowds, suddenly she thought to try to go to the opposite direction.

「比治山橋」という名標が目にとまり、そこを目指す。

She saw a sign board, “Hiji Yama Bashi比治山橋“. Her friend & Setsuko decided to go there. 

いっしょにいた友人、北小路満知子が重症なので、彼女を背負うことに。

Machiko was so heavily injured that Setsuko gave her a piggyback ride. 

昼頃、比治山救護所にたどりつく。がすぐに「敵機襲来、山に逃げよ」とのアナウンス。

Around noon, they arrived at Hijiyama Evacuation Site.

However, there was an announcement that “An enemy’s airplane is coming!”.

もう一度逃げ、竹やぶで「吐く」。

Once again, they run away into a bush of bamboo trees. Setsuko vomited there…. 

救護所の人が防空壕に入れてくれる。

A person come close to them and got them into an air raid shelter. 

ふいに顔をのぞかせた人が「仁保の人はいませんか」という。

There, someone asked them, “Anybody from Niho(仁保)?”

北小路が「そうだ」、と答えると、すぐに迎えを呼んでもらい、

担架にのせられて運ばれる北小路を送り出した。

 Setsuko answered, "My friend Machiko is from Niho(仁保)!”

 Those who were looking for Machiko come soon and they took her back to her home.. 

坂本自身は、放射能で一度髪が全部抜けたが、10月に学校が再開するまでにはある程度回復し、登校できるようになった。

Setsuko went back home by all herself…. 

For a while, she had suffered from hair loss even though she recovered and could go back to school in October.

爆心地付近にありながら、北小路を背負い、自分自身を犠牲にしての献身が、自分自身を助けたともいえるかもしれない。

Even now Big Question.., why Setsuko was survived there….

The reason?  Might she help her heavily injured friend even she also injured?

不思議なことがある。

There is another thing I wonder…about Setsuko.

前年の2学期、長崎から転校してき、広島原爆で亡くなった、同じクラスの中村綾子の姉、

貢子の末娘が国泰寺中2年のとき、坂本(平田)節子に、習字を習ったことがあるときき、おやっと思っておどろいた。それを聞いた(平田)節子もおどろいた。

綾子と節子は席が隣同士だったとおもう。

One year before A-bombing, Ayako Nakamura moved from Nagasaki to our class in Hiroshima. Ayako was died due to the bombing, but years later, a daughter of her elder sister coincidently learnt calligraphy to Setsuko. Firstly both sides didn’t noticed. But I noticed, so let them know & both sides become surprised. Because two of them were in the same class and Ayako & Setsuko were sitting next each other.

「平田先生は、いい先生でした。かわいがってもらって、、。」

と、思い出話はつきない。

“Setsuko was a nice teacher…I have a lot of memories about her…. May others not understand me…but….”  Ayako's elder sister told me...

綾子の遺品を、全部焼いてしまったという。

「ひとさまにわかっていただけるか・・・」

と貢子はいったが、わたしは、すさまじいまでの愛をひしひしと感じた。

I really understood her as much as too hurt….

坂本(平田)氏は、核爆弾爆発がめがけてきた、ほぼ助かった人がいない地で、助かっている。

けがもそれほど重症でない。そういう場合、「他」はどのような印象を受けるだろうか?

その後も、坂本(平田)氏は、隣に座っていた小林さんとの「長崎・エン」も含め、

いろいろななところで「高エネルギー・エン」のつながりを、のちのち継続的にもっている・・・。

彼女が胃がんを発症するのは、著者の関(旧姓富永)氏が米国にいるときである。

この場合も、米国の地を踏んだ関氏との人間関係に注目し、そのことを聞いた関氏の情動が最大限動き、さらに心を働かせ動かして「文章を書く動機になった」のではないかと想像する。

印象を受けとめる「他」がいなくなったところで、

それぞれの個体は「ことばではなし、印象を残す」ことができなくなり、

人類は種としてなりたたなくなるのではないだろうか




福崎 Fukusaki(新人教諭 a teacher)

被爆地:三篠

下宿のおばさんが「ハイ」と差し出した茶碗には、真っ白な飯が持ってある。

“Here you are! “, Aunty of the lodge passed Fukusaki, a bowl of white rice.

目を丸くし、食糧難の中「銀シャリ」は飛び切りの豪華食である。

“What a surprise!”. In the middle of the war, white rice can’t be eaten  easily. 

「イやっ、福崎さん、わたしゃ考えました。」

と、おばさんは言った。

広島もいつやられるかわからない。

大事に食いつないでいても、焼かれてはおしまいだ。

Aunty says, “Fukusaki-san, I think, we don’t know when Hiroshima will be attacked. If I keep away this rice and burnt, it is no way for keeping.  

考えを変えた。この際、一度うまい飯を腹いっぱい食べようと思って・・・。

So I changed my mind. I will eat white rice as much as I want and for others…” 

「ほーっ!」"Wow!"

福崎が「銀シャリ」を噛みしめていた瞬間、While Fukusaki was eating white rice...

ピカリときた。Acute lightning...

茶碗が、空中高く舞ったのを覚えている。A rice-bowl flown away high  in the sky...

次の瞬間、下宿はペシャンコになった。Next moment, the lodge was perished...

三篠町。爆心地から北に2キロ足らずである。

Misasa-machi, about 2 km away from h.c.

「一刻も早く学校へいかねば・・。」

“I have to go to my school immediately!”

どこをどうしていったか、さだかとは覚えていない。

Then Fukusaki didn’t remember how he went to his school very well…

Just remembering he swum across two rivers…

とにかく二つほど川を泳いで渡った。

Every river, there were full of dead bodies floating…

川には、あちらにも、こちらにも、死体が浮いている。

泳げないので死体を動かそうと、そっと触ると、死体の皮膚がずるっとむける・・。

They coming against him, so he touched softly, bodies' skins peeled off…

「助けてくれ!」と差し出された手をつかもうとすると、皮膚が向け落ち、あっというまに人が流されていく。

“Help me!”, heard somebody crying, so when he reached and hold his arm to that direction, just hold only skins and its body flew away…

修羅としかいいようのない状態の中を、夢中で広島市の東端を迂回し、宇品線の線路をたどって、昼過ぎに女専にいくことを考えた。

“What a hell…”

With all his might, he went to his school along to the street car line…

福崎は、元気のよい青年教師だったが、

Fukusaki was a young and very healthy teacher.

このあと、終戦となって、どうやって暮らし、何を食べたのかは、全く記憶にないという。

やたらと走り回っていた。

But he didn’t remember anything from August 6th to August 15th, the end of WW, even what he ate and how he lived….

6日のあと、福崎は、卒業生の池田美智子が、住吉町で大きな木の下敷きになり、助けを求めていると聞き、それっと駆け出すが、住吉町はすでに火の海、見当もつかず、逃げ出したが、来た道もわからなくなり、生命からがらであった・・・。

Just pieces of memories....

He heard one of his students were under the building in Sumiyoshi-machi, so immediately tried to run there, however, that place was already seas of fires. He didn’t remember how he survived in that hell very well still now….

福崎氏は、ボストンマラソンの選手をその後育てることになる。人間性というよりも、その動物的敏捷性がきわだつ。要はいい意味で「何も考えず、先に動いている」のである。にしても「その記憶がまったくない」ということは、あまりの残酷性は、それを受け止める器が大きくない人間の情動には残らないように自然の摂理上なっているのではないのだろうか?

また、福崎氏は「核爆発」がダイレクトに放射能を出し、放射線がまだ濃く残留している地域を何日も走り回っている。けれども「放射線障害」は全くでてない。

個人のDNA塩基配列を読むことはできないが(読めても変えることはできない・・)、その人がどういう「情動」で「個々のものがたり」を生きていくかは、「個々にちがう」。また、風の吹き方も「はかれない」。けれども人間の情動や意識が「風に対応」していたり、「月」の光かげんに対応したりするとかたる「ものがたり」はむかしから多いのである。

また、肥田先生は「医師として」、福崎氏は「教師として」、森沢氏は「事業者」としての「責務・モラル」が、「きのこ雲下の火の海へ」とその行動を向かわせている。各々が持っている職業倫理というものも相当に高いと思われる。普通の人にはなかなかできないことだろう。

加え、彼らのように情動力、慈悲力の高い個体と、そのまわりの人脈をよく読むと、最初の「核攻撃」だから「機密」の度合いも相当高いと思われるが、その「高さ」ゆへに「身辺のエンルギー値」がじわじわあがっているのがわかる。ふと、もはや「銀シャリ」を食べよう、、。マスカットを食べよう、、という行動につながっている。テニアンから飛行機はすでに立っているはずで「ヒロシマ」めがけていやがおうでも「人類の集合意識域」はあがっているはずである。であるならば、「核」という巨大兵器であることもあり、相当の人数の頭のなかが「それでいっぱい」ということは「「(底辺の「音」は)もはや鳴っている」のである。

被爆死亡地:第二県女物理室

茫然と立ち尽くしている私たちをかきわけるように、担架に死体は移され、

While standing without thinking anything,

運び出された。

Hon-chan's body was carried out...

その時だった。寝ていたかと思った石川清子が、突然叫んだのである。

At the same time, Kiyoko, looked sleeping, suddenly cried.

「本ちゃん、本ちゃん、どこ行くんね!」

"Hon-chan! Where are you going!?"

たまらなかった。

私たちは駆け出して、その場を離れ、廊下の隅でしばらく泣いていた。

We run out of the evacuation room, and cried aloud for a while....

逃げてきた人が、片端から死んでいく。

Alive bodies went to die one by one....

死んでしまうと、頭も身体も誰がみてもわからないくらいに焼け焦げている。

If they die, it is so difficult to find out who is who...because of serious burnt..

衣類も焼け落ち、裸同然ということも多い。

誰が誰だかわからない。

生きているうちに、名前を聞き、札を書き、身体につけた。

Some dead bodies had name cards by being asked for their names..

これで、生きている時には間に合わなかったが、遺体だけは見つかった人が多い。

There are many families and relatives who could find out their same families or relatives according to these cards...

死というのは、人間の非常に深いところの情動を動かす。

The death of person who knows very well moves human's mind into the deepest bottom

死んだように寝ているように見えても、親しい友人が自分から離れていくのはわかるのである。その情動の深さに、まわりで必死に対応に当たっていた人たちも思わず巻き込まれる。

Even sleeping like dead, however, he or she understand the close friend's body are going to be separated.

究極状態では、人間は実はバラバラではなく、生死の境目で深くつながっている。

By seeing such scene, other close friends got involved in the depth of emotional rivers together.


亀沢恵尼(Eni Kamesawa)

発見場所:日赤電停前停留所

 

江波陸軍病院で一夜を明かしたが恵尼は帰ってこない。

Eni didn't come back home during 6th...

7日早朝、探しにでかけた。

江波から舟入中町まで北上、東に曲がり、住吉橋、明治橋から鷹野橋電停まで出た。

On 7th, Mother started to search her...

 

「母は何もいわずにとっとと歩くんです。鷹野橋に出たので、雑魚場にいくんだなと思ったんです。」

The speed, Mother's walking, was out of imagination...in very high speed without saying anything...

 

ところが母は迷いもせず右折した。雑魚場にいくならここでも左折(北上)しなければならない。母はまっしぐらに、つんのめるような姿勢で早足で歩く。美幸らが追い付くのに困るほどだ。

Even for her daughter, it was really hard to catch up with ...

 日赤病院でも足をとめず通過した。

She passed through Japan Red Cross Hospital...

電停前停留所に来たとき、母がいきなり足をとめた。

そこにたくさんの負傷者や死者が集めいられていて、兵隊がトラックに乗せていた。

At the station of the Hospital, 

there were many dead and injured bodies, however,

suddenly Mother stopped, .....

 

「おそらく島の救護所に送るとこいったろだったんでしょう。今でも私は信じられないくらいなんですが・・。そこで、目もくれずに歩いていた母が、ピタっと足をとめ、負傷者の群れに向かって「うちのエニコはおらんかね」といったんです。

Even surrounded by those people, 

without any hesitation, 

Mother asked,

"Where is my daughter, Eni?"

 そしたら、あしもとから・・。

本当に母の足元から「おかあちゃん・・」・・・

Then just under her feet...

Eni answered directly, "I'm here..Mother.."

まちがいなく、恵尼の声がしたんです・・。

これは、もはやDNA直感 (center intuition)の導きだけがひっぱっているといっても過言ではない。くらい「産み出すもの」と「産み出されたもの」との関係は極限では強い。そしてその下に私たち全員を産み出した大地がある。「沢えに(KAMESAWA ENI)」という名前の音や意味、ダイレクトにたどりついたのが赤十字電停前、というのもとても重要と思う。

他の動植物たちはDNA直感によってのみ成長したり行動しているが、人間は「泣いて生まれる」ことによりその直感から、意識がかなりそれて「言語脈を通じさせながら」日常生活を言語でできた道具に囲まれ、それらに守られながら生きている。けれども「極限状態」ではDNA直感に非常に近い行動に出てくる人もまれではなく、また意識脈がその直感を交差し、逆に形成されることもない。よってEviはモラル川によって必ず跳ね返され、けっしてそこを意識交差してのしてきたり、地球から生まれた種のDNA直感が、それを産み出した原本である地球を破滅させることもありえない。きのこ雲下の極限状態のひとたちの動向をつぶさに読み込んでいくことある。モラルとは何かWhat is moral?」をしっかり認識すれば、言語意識のみによる「いくらでも悪くなるテキと増える核」という仮定のみで想定された「核の冬(nuclear winter)」「それを抑止する(deterrence)」という、永遠に続くごとくの負の仮定スパイラル(negative thesis spirals)は、実際はありえず(impossible)、「核廃絶への道」はより言語レベルでわかりやすくなるのではないだろうかIn order to  consider "Nuclear abolition", it is  easier to understand in language level when we look more carefully to see details what happened one by one under the huge explosion, in terms of moral and human's emotion.

[最初のヒトがヒトに対する核兵器による攻撃]で、その下にいたほとんどのヒトが死滅しながらも、「モラル値が高く、言語能力のある数少ない人間」が極限を生き残り、のち「ことばにせねば、記録せなば」という情動にかられ,、必ず「語りだす」ということを。

 The first A-bomb's attacking against humanity, there were few those could survive  but they are with full compassion and later by taking times, those people's DNA will make them to write or tell what really was under the mushroom cloud vividly.


森沢妙子(Taeko Morisawa)、照恵(Terue)、雄三(Yuzo)

救出地:兵器舎

 

妙子は兵器舎まで逃げ、父・雄三に救出された。

Taeko was rescued at an arsenal, where her father Yuzo searched and found her.

雄三は、当時、水産業を扱う業界のボスだった。

Yuzo was at that time, a leader of fisheries around there.


この日、妙子と姉の照恵は、市内に行っていた。

On this day of August 6th, Taeko and her sister Terue had been to the center of Hiroshima.

妙子は、建物疎開作業。

Taeko was for demolishing houses works.

照恵は、舟入中町にある、神崎小学校の保育所の保母として勤めていた。

Terue was working as a teacher of kindergarten in Funairi(舟入).

 

何時間たっても、照恵も妙子も帰ってこない。

Even many hours Yuzo waited, both of two never come back….

雄三は、何時間も家をでたり、入ったり、玄関の前でウロウロしていた。

In front of the house gate, Yuzo was wondering for hours.

午後2時ごろ、

Around 2 p,m,,

「森沢さん! 妙子さんは霞町の兵器舎におるよ!」

と誰かの声がした。

A voice said, “Mr. Morizawa! Taeko-san is in the arsenal in Kasumi(霞)-cho”

Yuzo run out of the house. Nobody there….

戸口を出たが、だれもいない・・。とにかく行ってみることにした。

But Yuzo decided to go the arsenal.

 

89キロは強引に走って、ともかく兵器舎についた。

Running about 8-9km, finally he arrived to the arsenal.

午後5時ごろだった。

It was about 5:00 o’clock.

兵器舎は、足元の踏み場もない様相だった。

Inside the arsenal was full of casualties…

雄三は大声で妙子の名前を呼んだ。

Yuzo cried, “Taeko! Taeko! ”,

 「妙子!妙子!」

すると、奥の方で、「お父さん!」と答える声があるではないか・・。

For his surprise, Yuzo listened to a voice, ”Father, I’m here…”


ようやく見つかった妙子に、もってきた「砂糖水」を手渡すと、妙子は一口飲み、隣に渡した。あっというまに、そこにいる人たちでまわして飲み干してしまった。

Yuzo passed Taeko a bottle of “Sugar Water” he brought with him for her .

Taeko drunk it a gulp and passed around it to the people there.

Immediately the bottle become empty.

 

妙子のやけどの状況があまりにもひどかったので、手押し車で帰れそうにない。

Taeko's conditions of burnt was so bad that it looked impossible to take her back home by the handle wagon.

一晩、丹波の友人のところに泊めてもらい、翌日7日朝8時、丹波から船で草津に帰った。

Yuzo asked his friend to stay one night with her, and next morning at 8 a.m. Taeko & Yuzo went home by a boat.

自宅についたのが11時。

They arrived their home at 11 a.m.

それから、妙子は、自宅でまる一日生きた。

Then, Taeko was alive for all one day long....

「うなされ、うわごとをいいつづけましてな。あまり、お父さんとか、おかあさんとかいわないのですよ。仕事のことというか・・あんた、あれをしんさい、とか、ちゃんとならびんさいとか、指図しよりましてな・・」

"While lying down until last moment, she kept saying something .. not Mother or Father...She kept saying,' what she should do...you should do this, and you should do that.. line up in neat... such kind of things...'"

「森沢さんらしい・・。」"That's Taeko's character.."

照恵の方はついに帰らなかった。全く消息不明。もちろん骨もない。

Terue didn't come back... nothing  belongs to Yuzo... no bones.....

 

「わしゃ、そのあと、102日まで、毎日広島に出向きました」。

"I went to Hiroshima every day until October 2nd.."

会社の社員22人、その身内もさがさならん。死体は8000体くらいさわっとる。

Our working members accounted for 22 at that time. They have families and relatives. So I had to search all of them. I touched more than 8,000 dead bodies for searching....

「あのころ、わしは、よう眠れんかったのですわ。」

"I didn't sleep at that time very well.."

毎日3時ころに目が覚が覚めてしまう。

"Every night, I woke up around three in the mid night."

暗いうちに起きて、井口まで歩いていったものです。

Even it was dark, I walked to Inokuchi(井口)...

井口の海岸で、ぼんやり1時間ほど休んで、海の方へ向かって叫ぶ・・。

There is a beautiful sea shore.. so I stared the waves and cried...

何度も、何度も・・・。

Many times...

「妙子! 照恵!」と名前を叫んだものです。

"Taeko!" "Terue!"

 雄三は、戦後、水産業界をバックに、県議会・地方議会には知られた顔だった。

「けれども、33年間、こんな話(はなし)をしたのははじめてじゃ。今も話をするのがつらい。はなしとうないんじゃ・・・」

"I never talked this kind of story to others. It is so hard for me to talk about them..."

森沢雄三は業界では相当のやり手であるし、その娘、妙子もどちらかというと「武士」をおもわせるよう、なにごとも、「かかかっ」とわらってすませ、非常に男性的に物事を処理していく女性である。雄三が娘二人を亡くし、彼のその後の「やり手仕事」を支え続けたのは、人知れず井口の海岸で「娘たちの名前を叫び続けること」だったと思う。

また、森沢氏も、10月まで毎日ヒロシマに通ったのだから、放射線の影響はでてもよさそうだが、福崎氏と同じく、全くでていない。

放射線の影響は「情動」から読んだ方がわかりやすいことが多いのである。


鷺谷清子(Kiyoko Sagitani)

被爆死亡地:吉島の刑務所官舎

清子は、9日になって日赤で両親とめぐりあった。

Kiyoko met her parents at Japan Red Cross Hospital on August 9th.

父は僧侶で、吉島と山口県光の刑務所の教諭師だった。

Her farther was a priest and a teacher for prisoners in Yoshijima(吉島)and Hikari(光)facilities..

吉島の官舎には、母アサヨと清子の二人住まいだった。

Usually in Yoshijima(吉島) workers lodge, Kiyoko lived with her mother Asayo .

清子の父母は、6日から3日間、市内をかけめぐり、清子を探したが、わからなかった。

Her parents looked for Kiyoko for all three days since August 6th. They searched all places across the city but couldn’t find her out.

似島まで行こうかと相談しているところへ、日赤にいるという知らせがあった。

While her parents’ discussing to go to Ninoshima(似島), somebody let them know, “Kiyoko is in Japan Red Hospital.”

すぐに飛んでいくと、確かに清子がいた。

Immediately they went there and found her.

清子は「遅かったね」と、ふたりにいった。

Kiyoko said," You are late..."

すぐに吉島の官舎へ運んだ。

They rushed in moving her to Yoshijima(吉島).

吉島の刑務所は、爆心から南2キロでかなり近いが、刑務所の高い壁に守られて、距離の割には、破損が少なく、また焼けなかったのは幸せだった。

Yoshijima(吉島)is  2km away from h.c. though being protected by the high walls of facilities, building damages were not so serious or fortunately not burnt neither.

自宅で5日間、手厚い介護を受けがんばったが、ついに13日に息を引き取った。

Kiyoko back her home on 9th with both her parents.

Having her parents’ sincere care, she’d been alive and  5 days survived, however passed away on 13th.

 清子の母アサヨは、今、島根県の恭願寺というお寺にいる。

Asayo is now living in a temple named Kyoganji(恭願寺)in Shimane(島根)prefecture.

その鷺谷家を訪れたいと思いながら、想いは達成せずにいたが、偶然、別の方面からそちらに出向くことになった。

I had thought to go to see Asayo in Shimane for long time, but it wasn’t realized. But coincidently I got a chance to go around there.

恭願寺は山陰本線の線路わき際を、胸をつくように細長い階段を上がった、小高い台地の上にある。

私は清子の写真を持っていた。

I have a photo of Kiyoko. 

そのころ写真館行きがはやっていたのである。戦争中で唯一の娯楽だった。

In those days, going photo shops and taking photos were a kind of only a leisure  in severe war days.

その写真を見せると、

「あっ、これはうちにも同じものがあります。」

I show Asayo, that photo, she also said, “I have the same photo!”

「あの日、清子は、モンペのポケットに入れていたんです。

ところがモンペを三枚重ねてはいていたので、写真が残ったんです。」

On that day, Kiyoko put this photo in the pocket of her war pants, however on that day, she wore three war pants so that left this photo….”

「三枚?」

“Three…?”

「何か予感がしたんでしょう」

“May be she had some premonition…”

「覚えてます。このサージと、白っぽいかすりと、線がはいったのと・・。」

なんで、私は覚えていたのだろう?

“I really remember…this serge cloth, white one, and striped one…”

Why I remembered?

「そう、そうなんですよ。」

"Yes, you are right!", Asayo answered...

清子の父は、恭願寺の住職として死んだ。

Kyoko’s father died as a priest of the temple Kyoganji(恭願寺).

そのお寺の造りをみて

「いいつくりですね。」

“Wonderful architecture, isn’t it…”, I commented.

アサヨは本堂の柱をいとおしそうになでながら、半世紀以上も前にできた、

この本堂についての棟梁について、驚くほどの記憶ではなしてくれた。

Asayo told about the names of carpenters who engaged in building of the temple half century ago with marvelous memories.

 山門に立つと、どこまでも松の林が続く。

When standing in front of the gate of the mountain, you can see beautiful lines of pine trees.

「綺麗ですね。」

 “Beautiful..”

「綺麗でしょう。清子は、死ぬときに『おうちにかえりたい』と言ったんです。」

Beautiful, isn’t it? When Kiyoko passed away, she told us ‘I want to go home’,”

「おうち?」

“Home?”

「ええ、ここのことを言ったんですよ。故郷の、このうちのことを。」

“Yes. She told me the place here at her last moment.”

 少しとまどった。清子の家は別のところにある。

I become a little bit wonder because Kiyoko’s home is not here…

でも、どこまでも続く黒松の松林と、澄み切った大空を眺めながめているうちに、つまらぬ詮索をした自分を恥じた。

However when I saw a long line of pine trees and clear sky, I myself persuaded…

 「そうだ、ここが清子の『おうち』だ。美しい、美しい、清子の自然だ。」

 “Yes, here is Kiyoko’s Home. Here is Kiyoko’s beautiful Nature.”

学徒動員にかりだされて、級友たちは絶滅した。
Having worked as mobilized students, almost all my classmates have died in A-bombing.

当日、体調不良で欠席し「死」をまぬがれた。
On that day, being absent because of my bad body condition, I did not die.

40年後、一人一人の遺族や関係者を訪ね歩き、クラス全員の姿を確かめていった。
40 years after that day, I asked and visited the bereaved and related people of all my classmates.

「辛すぎて話したくない気持ち」「その後の40年の苦しみ」も含め、
Including “Experiences too hard to talk.” “Too serious sufferings for 40 years”,even though

同じクラスで、机を並べてきた人々の事を書く以上、その一人一人を人間として書きたかった。
I want to write about them as much as in details as humankind one by one.
Because they are my classmates who have studied together, gone through 'the too much hardship' and are still now living in my heart.

世界核被害者フォーラム 森滝春子さん

「被爆70年」の201511月21-23日、被爆者や平和活動家、放射線の専門家、医師らでつくる実行委員会が広島市内で「世界核被害者フォーラム Nuclear Victims Forum」を開催した。

このほど、報告記録集「核のない未来を!」を完成させ、3日間の議論の詳細を収録した。

 

市民団体「核兵器廃絶をめざすヒロシマの会(HANWA)」の共同代表で、実行委員の事務局長を務めた森滝春子さん(81)は、フォーラムに込めた思いを語る。

18か国から述べ1000人以上が出席した。(Scottish WILPF, Janet Fenton )

 

ウクライナUkraina,former USSR・チェルノブイリChernobyl原発事故に詳しい放射線医学の専門家や、フクシマFukushima第一原発事故で避難した住民らが登壇。

ネバダNevada州Trinity実験場の「風下住人」のほか、英国の核実験場があったオーストラリアAustraliaの先住民も招かれた。

 

軍事利用、商業利用を問わず、各地で深厚な核の環境汚染や健康被害が報告された。

 

ウラン採掘や核実験は、権力を持つ側が、先住民など弱い立場の者に犠牲を強いることなしに成り立たない、という構造的な差別と格差を浮き彫りにした。

 

最終日に「世界核被害者人権憲章要綱」を採択し、

「核と人類は共存できないNuclear and the Humankind cannot Co-exist」と確認し合った。

 

森滝さんは長年、世界の核被害者(Global hibakusha)と交流してきた。

1998年に、インドIndia・パキスタンPakistanが競って核実験を強行すると、現地の若者を広島に招き、核使用の現実を伝えた。(when India & Pakistan become Nuke Powers in 1998)

インドIndia・ジャコダのウラン鉱山Uraniam Miningや、米軍が劣化ウラン弾Depleted Uraniumを使用したイラクIraqに赴き、健康被害と貧困に苦しむ地元住民と向き合った。

 

2002年の交流事業に参加したジャコダの少年が、26歳になってフォーラムの報告者としてヒロシマを再訪してくれた。

「一度きりで終わらず、連帯につなげることの意味を実感した。うれしかった。」

 

世界の核被害者が集う国際会議は、1987年に米ニューヨークNewYorkで、1992年にドイツGermanyでも開かれた。

特に1987年は、被爆者として原水禁運動の先頭に立った亡き父・市郎さんが開催に尽力した。

「命の格差」拡大に警鐘

Is there ’value gap’ in “Matter of Lives”?

路上生活者(ホームレス)支援にとり組むNPO法人「ほうぼく」(北九州市)の理事長で牧師の奥田知志さん(57)の講演会が24日、安芸高田市のクリスタルアージョであった。

Mr. Okuda(57), who is a leader of “Houboku”, an organization taking care of homeless people, and a priest of Christianity, had a lecture on September 24th.

 

生活困窮者や障碍者への差別を挙げ、

「経済格差だけでなく『命の格差』が広がっている」と警鐘を鳴らした。

He told and warned the audience that,

“Nowadays I was concerning about  serious situation of those who are suffering from lack of money for even everyday lives and it is true for handicapped people as well .”

“In our society now, there is a huge gap not only in monetary rewards but also in the value of ‘Matter of Lives’.”

 

北九州市でホームレス自立支援施設の建設に関わった奥田さん。

Okuda’s main active field is in Kita Kyusyu.

And once he has worked to establish a facility for taking care of homeless people for living, standing up & backing up to join the ordinal society again.


「近隣住民から『街の中心に生産性が低い施設移設はふさわしくない』という声も聞いた」と強調。

At that time, from the neighbors, I have gotten some claims like,

"In the center of the town, to build a facility of which productivity is low or nothing is not appropriate....",Okuda said.

 

昨年10月の台風19号の自主避難所でホームレスが排除された問題から

「災害時の行政現場にも『大切にしないといけない命』と『そうでない命』という考えが浸透していた」と指摘した。

In October, 2019, when typhoon 19th attacked Japan, there were several cases of homeless people were rejected from using evacuation facilities.

“Like during typhoon attacking disaster, in such terrible circumstances for surviving, everyone should be treated in equally especially.

Even though, now in our culture at present, there are differences among people between ‘Lives that Matter’ & ‘Lives that not Matter’”, we found out at that time.” Okuda pointed out.

 

相模原市の知的障害者施設「津久井やまゆり園」で2016年、入所者たち45人を殺傷した元職員の死刑囚と、死刑確定前に面会した経験も紹介。

Okuda also talked about his significant & heart felt experience when he met a condemned criminal, who killed 45 handicapped (for slow learning) people in his welfare facility ‘Yamayuri En’ before that person's execution being carried out.


「元職員は『公益』という言葉を何度も使った。」

“That experience was so important for me,” 

said Okuda, and added,

“He, the person who was sentenced to death and talked to me, often used the word 

'for public benefits' many times."

He told me before his death that,

“People who has no value 'for public benefits’ are no value for living in the society.”

 

『障害者は生きていても意味がない』・・・

"Handy capped people has no meaning for the society as the public benefits.."

『税金の無駄遣い』・・・

"Using tax money for them is wasting money for the society and for the public benefits..."


それらは、

「『生産性による分断線』として世の中にひろがっていないだろうか」、

と懸念を深めた。

Okuda strongly asked himself and the audience that,

"Drawing a line between people, 

who are productive(matter, or good for the public benefits), 

and those who are not productive(not matter, or not good for the public benefits)..."

Is this kind of way of thinking expanding in our society?

The Constitution of Japan 日本国憲法 (1947昭和22年5月3日)


第1章【Premamble:前文】

We, the Japanese people, acting through our duly elected representatives in the National Diet, determined that we shall secure for ourselves and our posterity the fruits of peaceful cooperation with all nations and the blessing of liberty throughout this land, and resolved that never again shall we be visited with the horrors of war through the action of government, do proclaim that sovereign power resides with he people and do firmly establish this Constitution.                               日本国民は、正当に選挙された国会における代表者を通じて行動し、われわれとわれわれの子孫のために、諸国民との協和による成果と、わが国全土にわたつて自由のもたらす恵沢を確保し、政府の行為によってふたたび戦争の惨禍が起こることのないやうにすることを決意し、ここに主権が国民に存在することを宣言し、この憲法を確定する。

 

Government is a sacred trust of the people, the authority for which is derived from the people, the powers of which are exercised by the representatives of the people, and the benefits of which are enjoyed by the people. This is a universal principle of mankind upon which this Constitution is founded. We reject and revoke all constitutions, laws, ordinances, and rescripts in conflict herewith.        

そもそも国政は、国民の厳粛な信託によるものであって、その権威は国民に由来し、その権力は国民の代表者がこれを行使し、その権利は国民がこれを享受する。これは人類普遍の原理であり、この憲法は、かかる原理に基づくものである。我々は、これに反する一切の憲法、法令及び詔勅を排除する。

We, the Japanese people, desire peace for all time and are deeply conscious of the high ideals controlling human relationship, and we have determined to preserve our security and existence, trusting in the justice and faith of the peace-loving peoples of the world. We desire to occupy an honored place in an international society striving for the preservation of peace, and the banishment of tyranny and slavery, oppression and intolerance for all time from the world have the right to live in peace,          日本国民は、恒久の平和を念願し、人間相互の関係を支配する崇高な理想を深く自覚するのであって、平和を愛する諸国民の構成と信義に信頼して、われらの安全と生存を保持しようと決意した。われらは、平和を維持し専制と隷従、圧迫と偏狭を地上から永遠に除去しようと努めている国際社会において、名誉ある地位を占めたいと思う。われらは、全世界の国民が、ひとしく恐怖と欠乏から免れ、平和のうちに生存する権利を有することを確認する。

We believe that no nation is responsible to itself alone, but that laws of political morality are universal; and that obedience to such laws is incumbent upon all nations who would sustain their own sovereignty and justify their sovereign relationship with other nations.                          われらは、いづれの国家も、自国のことのみに専念して他国を無視してはならないのであって、政治道徳の法則は、普遍的なものであり、この法則に従ふことは、自国の主権を維持し、他国と対等関係に立たうとする各国の責務であると信ずる。

We, the Japanese people, pledge our national honor to accomplish these high ideals and purposes with all our resources.                                       日本国民は、国家の名誉にかけ、全力をあげてこの崇高な理想と目的を達成することを誓ふ。

2章 THE EMPEROR天皇

 Article 1. The Emperor shall be the symbol of the State and of the unity of the people, deriving his position from the will of the people with whom resides sovereign power.

1条 天皇は国家と国民統合のシンボルでなければならず、その地位は最高の権力を持つ人民の意思に発する。

 Article 2. The Imperial Throne shall be dynastic and succeeded to in accordance with the Imperial House Law passed by the Diet.

2条 天皇の座は世襲で、国会で定めた皇室に関する法律に従って継承するべきである。

Article 3. The advice and approval of the Cabinet shall be required for all acts of the Emperor in matters of state, and the Cabinet shall be responsible therefore.

3条 天皇のすべての告示行為には内閣の助言と承認が必要である。それについては内閣が責任を持たなければならない。

Article 4. The Emperor shall perform only such acts in matters of state as are provided for in this Constitution and he shall not have powers related to government. 2. The Emperor may delegate the performance of his acts in matters of state as may be provided by law.

4条 天皇はこの憲法に定められた国事行為のみを行うこと都市、政府に関連する権限を医一切持ってはならない。 2、天皇は法律に定められた国事行為の執行を委任できる。

Article 5. When, in accordance with the Imperial House Law, a Regency is established, the Regent shall perform his acts in matters of state in the Emperor’s name. In this case, paragraph one of the preceding article will be applicable.

第5条 皇室に関する法律に従って摂政制が行われる時は、摂政は天皇の名において国事行為を行わなければならない。この場合、前条の第一項が適用される。

Article 6. The Emperor shall appoint the Prime Minister as designated by the Diet.2. The Emperor shall appoint the Chief Judge of the Supreme Court as designated by the Cabinet.

第6条 天皇は国会によって指名された首相を任命しなければならない。2.天皇は内閣によって指名された最高裁井番所長官を任命しなければならない。

Article 7. The Emperor, with the advice and approval of the Cabinet, shall perform the following acts in matters of state on behalf of the people:

1, Promulgation of amendments of the constitution, laws, cabinet orders and treaties.

2.Convocation of the Diet.

3.Dissolution of the House of Representatives.

4.Proclamation of general election of members of the Diet.

5.Attestation of the appointment and dismissal of Ministers of State and other officials as provided for by law, and of full powers and credentials of Ambassadors and Ministers.

6.Attestation of general and special amnesty, commutation of punishment, reprieve, and restoration of rights.

7. Awarding of honors.

8. Attestation of instruments of ratification and other diplomatic documents as provided for by law.

9. Receiving foreign ambassadors and ministers.

10. Performance of ceremonial functions.

7条 天皇は、内閣の助言と同意によって、以下の国事行為を国民の代わりに行わなければならない。

1, 憲法の改正、法律、政令及び条例の交付

2, 国会の召集

3, 衆議院の解散

4, 国会議員の総選挙の布告

5, 国務大臣並びに法律に定められた高官の任命と罷免の認証。並びに全権委任状、大使及び公使の信認状の認証

6, 大赦、特赦、減刑、執行猶予、権利の回復の認証

7, 勲章の授与

8, 批准文書並びに、法律に定める他の外交文書の認証

9, 外国大使および大臣の謁見

10,      儀式的職務の挙行 

Article 8. No property can be given to, or received by, the Imperial House, not can any gifts be made therefrom, without the authorization of the Diet.

8条 国会の認可なしに、皇室にいかなる財産もあたえることはできないし、また皇室は受け取ることもできない。また、皇室は贈り物をあげることはできない。

Article 9. Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of setting international dispute.

2. In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right or belligerency of the state will not be recognized.

9条、正義と秩序に基づく世界平和を心から熱望するので、日本国民は国家の主権としての戦争と、国際紛争の解決手段としての武力による脅迫とその行使は、永久に放棄する。

2,前項の目的を果たすために、陸、海、空軍および他の戦力は決して今後保持しない。国の交戦権は今後認められない。

【備考】「日本国憲法」は、1947年占領下での「発布」となったので、マッカーサー原文(英文)がまずでき、そこから日本語に推敲されている。一方2017825日、森滝さんより手渡された「核兵器禁止条約TPNW(推敲文)」は、言語の言い回し上「日本語」がベースではないかと推測される。

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America

 

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.-That to secure these rights,  Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, Laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safely and Happiness, Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. -Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained, and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People an large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. 

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws of Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

He has made judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace. Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended legislation:

For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world.

For imposing taxes on us without our Consent:

For depriving us: in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:

For taking away out Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us our of his Protection and waging War against us.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may ddefine a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free People.

Nor have We been anting in attention to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.  We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, In General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare. That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that hey are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

コロナ禍の新たな社会:New Society dur. & aft. Covid-19

他者の苦しみに目を凝らそう 

Pay Attention to Others’ Sufferings

社会が緊急事態下にあるとしても、皆が同じ危機を生きているわけではない。

Even being told,

“We are now in the worldwide emergency!”,

each individual’s ‘emergency’ is not always the same….

 

感染症拡大防止対策が必要不可欠であることに異論はない。

しかし、社会全体を対象にした公衆衛生策と、

わずかな経済対策だけでは、

コロナ以前からぎりぎりのところで生きていた人たちを関連死へと遺棄することになるのではないだろうか。

Even totally agree with,

"What necessary right now is to prevent from the expansion of disease infection caused by  the virus!”, although…,

with only a couple of  measures of ‘the public hygiene’ and ‘monetary policies’, 

for those who were living on the edges of ‘life or death’ before the Covid-19 crisis,

they are feeling scary if they might have to be cut and fall down to the “related deaths”… 


経済的困窮に起因する自死だけでなく、

社会的つながりを断ち切られたことによる緩慢な死へとである。

Not only “suicide”..,

But also “the deaths” due to being cut the relations of human societies, 

and to become slow down for sufferings from the loneliness….

 

「ステイホーム」は自身と大切な人を守る行為だといわれるが、

軟禁状態の長期化によって精神は阻まれていく。

Being told, “Stay home” is important for saving own and others’ lives, even though….

Forbidding from moving wherever want to in soft manners and in long terms, 

all of our humanistic mentality will deteriorate in many ways.


家庭が危険な場である人にとってはなおさらだ。

息を殺し、身を縮めながらの生活に、心身共に追い詰められている。

For those whose “home is the most dangerous places”,

it is especially true and their numbers are not few….

Almost stop breathing and curing up own bodies every day,

their mentalities are getting close to the line of “life or death”…

 

「社会的距離」を保つようにという要請も、

不便だと愚痴を言って済むならよいが、

家族以外の他者と接することで命を支えられている人にとっては死活問題だ。

For some, to keep “Social Distance”, is just Matter of “complaining”…

But for others whose lives are supported by contacting and relating people other than family members outside…,

Even for them,

 ‘To keep “Social Distance”’ is "the matter" of “life or death”…

 

家庭内暴力を受ける女性、

Women in domestic violence…

虐待される子供、

Children in abuse….

ホームレス、

Homeless people..

障害者や高齢者にとっては、

Handy capped & Elderly people…

 

民間の支援団体が命綱となってきた。

Until now, mainly civil volunteers or supporting groups have been taken care of them…

必要な公的支援が乏しい中で、支援者たちは奮闘してきたが、感染拡大後、多くの団体が活動を停止、もしくは大幅に縮小させざるを得なくなっている。

Actually public supports in those fields were far lagging behind, 

such groups have acted with all their efforts and might, however..., 

more expanding the virus & disease, 

less having their activities without any public supports….

 

「命を守るため」の指針は、

支援を必要とする人の最後の砦を奪ってしまうことにもなりかねないのだ。

For some, the directions to “Save own lives” might be,

For others, the means to take away the last fort that they can rely on….

 

対面を避けつつも、支援を継続するために、オンラインや電話相談が始まっている。

だが支援活動はリモートワークのようにはいかない。

For evading direct contacts, 

Various on-line and telephone supports have started, even though..., 

Remote working supports are quite different from real humanistic supports.

 

オンライン媒体を通しては、表情を読むことも視線をかわすこともできず、そこにある苦しみを感知するのが極めて難しい。

Through remote line, it is difficult to read the direct emotion or eye contacts, so that for even specialists, it is very difficult to imagine what kind of real sufferings are there in direct.

 

苦しむ存在に気づくには、「場」を共有することが求められるからだ。

For noticing the reality of “sufferings”, even the human kinds need to share the “TOPOS()….

 

そもそも、助けが必要な人が機器にアクセスできるとは限らないし、

できたとしても自発的に支援を求めるのはハードルが高い。

For those who are really necessary supports can’t always access to the

remote supports,

And the hurdle is actually high for them to ask supports spontaneously….


助けを求める余力さえ残っていない人には、声をかけてもらうことが生と死の分かれ目になることもあるのだ。

For those who can’t ask anything,

 Just only “somebody’s asking a word” might save their lives.

 

窒息しそうな閉塞感と不安に、私たちの心はささくれ立っている。

Suffocated anxieties and lonesome make our heart irritated….

 

しかし「社会的距離」を他者の苦しみに背を向ける自己防衛の壁にしてはならない。

But we should never put those things as the last fort, 

and should not turn our back against others sufferings to keep “Social Distance”….


 子供が公園で遊んでいる姿にいら立って学校に苦情の電話をかける前に、

「公園がその子にとって唯一の逃げ場となっているかもしれない」

と想像力を少しだけ働かせてみてはどうだろうか。

When irritated to see a child playing at a park and make a call to school for telling your claim, why don't you, before doing so, just take a breath and have ‘imagination’.

“That park might be the last place for that child to run away….”

 

 家庭が安全な場ではない子にとって、家の外へのアクセスが閉ざされることは、安心できる場とSOSのサインを受け止めてくれる人を失うことを意味するかもしれないのだから。

For some children whose home is not safe places, getting rid of the parks or their outsides, might mean getting rid of access ways for sending SOS sign to others….

 

「助けて」と声をあげることすらできないかもしれない存在に目を凝らし、

コロナ禍以前から、「誰がこんな苦しみや不安の中に置かれてきたのか」を想像してみよう。

In order to notice there are ‘Existances’ who can not ask ‘Help!’ in our modern societies, before starting Covid-19….

Let us have 'imagination',

"Who have been suffering from such sufferings & anxieties for long times…?"


そして以前とは違う社会を創っていこう。

And let us make different societies than before by our own hands.


 死の方へと追い詰められる人を一人でも減らすために。

In order to reduce the numbers of people as much as possible, 

who will die in vain in our future age.
