2020年「広島平和宣言案」　核廃絶訴えより強く

H.Peace Declaration this year will urge Nuke Abolition much stronger

広島市は、今年の平和記念式典で松井市長が読む平和宣言案について、主な内容を公表した。

日本政府に対する核兵器禁止条約の署名・批准の要請など、核兵器廃絶に関わる訴えについて、より強い表現とするよう求める声が目立った。

昨年の平和宣言は、禁止条約への署名・批准を求める被爆者の思いを受け止めるよう、日本政府に呼び掛けた。

これに対し、被爆者団体や反核団体からは、

「市長として求める言葉がないと弱い」「積極性がない」などの指摘が出ていた。

市は意見を、「核兵器廃絶に向けた訴え」「時代背景を踏まえた事項」「その他」の3分野に分け、９つの提案に整理した。

ほかには、「政府指導者に被爆地訪問と被ばくの実態への理解を強く呼びかける」、「コロナ禍で自国第一主義、米中の緊張などが顕在化したことに警鐘を鳴らす」などがあった。

There were other propositions, like

“To call for political leaders of foreign countries to visit Hiroshima & Nagasaki to know the reality.”

“To warn the risks by going through covid-19, considering only its own country, & to cause tensions like between US & China.”

松井市長は、今月7日に市役所である懇談会の会合で平和宣言の文案を示す。

Mayor Matsui will show the draft on 7^th of this month.
