もし日本が、人類の共生にむけ、「核廃絶」を決断すれば、日本は世界に最も愛される国になるでしょう。

If Japan becomes the country to take a lead toward ‘Nuke Bombs Free World’ for all of the humankind as living one species on this planet, Japan will be the country that be loved the best from all over the world.

一方、核兵器・軍備・核技術から、いまだ隠れて利益を上げ続けることを選び続ければ、地球上で最も嫌われる国になってしまうでしょう。
On the other hand, if Japan continues to get profits behind the scenes from the nuclear and military industries, it will become the country the world dislike the most.

どうして日本が？

広島と長崎を核爆撃したのはアメリカです。

アメリカは核軍事大国です。

‘Why Japan..?’, you may ask..

The country that dropped A-bombs on Hiroshima & Nagasaki was U.S.

America is a country of military Power and has a lot of Nuke Bombs.

「核兵器をなくし核時代をおわらせるのは、アメリカの責任ではないですか？」

と、そう問われるでしょう。
“So, America has  responsibility to put the end of Nuclear Age by getting rid of their Nuclear Weapons?” you must ask.

道徳的にも論理的にも、そういえます。

アメリカが人類を「核のない世界」に導くべきです。

しかし、政治的、経済的、感情的に、アメリカはこの問題の、実は反対側にあります。

Ethically and Logically, you are right.

America should take lead for our humankind spices toward ‘Nuclear Free World.’
However, America is actually on the quite other side of this matter if you really want to solve this problem.

たとえば、飲酒運転を撲滅する運動を主導しているのは、酒造メーカーやアルコール常習者ではありません。

主導しているのは飲酒運転による事故で家族を失った母親たちです。
For example, the leaders who are taking lead of stopping drunk  and  under alcoholic influenced driving are mothers who lost their family members in car accidents due to them.

また銃問題でも同じく、銃規制の運動をしている指導者は製造会社や使用者ではありません。

それを主導しているのは、銃や暴力のために傷ついたり、家族を失った人たちです。

About gun control, the same thing can be said, makers and companies for guns are hardly to take lead to get rid of them in real meanings.

People who have experiences of hurt and injuries, lost their members of families by guns usually start the movement to get rid of them.

このことからわかるように、

核保有国は、核兵器をなくすための決定的な主導をする立場にはなりにくいのです。

So, the structure is the same.

Nuke Powers only, it means ‘making side only’ can hardly to take a decisive role for leading ‘Nuclear Free World.’

ですから、「核なき世界」を主導するには、

「ヒロシマ・ナガサキ」を経験した国であることが最も欠かせないのです。
As for decisive role of ‘Nuclear Free World’, Hiroshima, Nagasaki,  those area’s casualties' voices and real experienced  stories are the most persuasive and important, and the power of them can take a lead  toward 'the Nuclear Free World.'

端的にいえば、原子炉なしに核兵器は存在しえません。

「原発の製造企業」と「核兵器の製造企業」とは、らせん状のようにからみあっています。

Simply to say, if we don’t have nuclear reactors, we can’t have nuclear weapons.

Actually companies that run Nuclear Power Plants and making Nuclear weapons are related very closely.

すでに、この地球上には、「核惨事」で人が住めなくなった地域が複数存在します。

Already on this planet, there are several places where once people were lived but due to the nuclear related and radioactive stuffs’ contamination, people can’t stay to live any more.

核技術は、原子・核物理学者、専門技術者など、情報が厳しく管理され、操作されています。

Nuclear Technologies are under control by nuclear physicists and technocrats, such small and specific groups of members are controlling the information and put things into order.

そして、その組織に巨額のカネがつぎこまれるよう、中央集権的な力が与えられるようになっています。

And huge amount of money are put into those fields and the powers are concentrated into the center and top of the hierarchy.

また、核・原子力発電には、大量の水が必要とされます。

And the ways of generating electricity by Nuclear Power, contaminates quite amount of water.

水は命です。

Water is base of our lives.

福島第一原発の事故で明らかなように、

原子力産業や核産業は、

人間の健康や地球の環境よりも利益を優先しようとしているのです。
After the　Fukushima  Catastrophe, when you see the ruling party’s policy and attitude now, it is clear that Nuclear Industries and what I call ‘powers’ are thinking that economic growth is more important than people or citizen’s health and lives.

けれども、日本における核惨事が起こった都市や地域には深い意味があります。

However areas and places where Nuclear Attacking or Disaster had happened, have their specific own significant meanings in this country, Japan.

「ヒロシマ」の意味は

「戦争をやめよ」
“Hiroshima”… that means “stop wars and too much competitions”.

「ナガサキ」の意味は

「キリスト教に付随する宗教闘争をやめよ」

（キリスト教国である米国が、日本のキリスト抑圧・復活の歴史をもつ地を攻撃した深い意味があるということ）
“Nagasaki”…..that means “stop fighting against each other on the basis of religions, especially concerning based on Christianity”

そして「フクシマ」の意味は

「健康と安全より、経済利益を優先することをやめよ」
“FUKUSHIMA”….that means “should not put economy nor systems prior to peoples’ lives and health.

ということなのです。
